Leadership Development
Finding Leaders can custom design a leadership development program that meets the needs of current district leaders and for aspiring educational leaders.This development program will focus on current research, district needs, and the needs of individuals.

Strategic Plans
The purpose of the Finding Leaders strategic planning program is to encourage community and staff ownership, create civil conversations, strengthen the relationship between the schools and the community and to develop and implement a comprehensive long-term plan. The planning process includes engaging many community and staff members and forming several teams of people to conduct community conversations and key leader briefings. Then goals and action plans will be developed before sharing the plan with the community and the board of education.
